The Process

This step-by-step process helps us ensure every family receives personalized, responsive support.

  1. Request for Counseling: Start by submitting a counseling request. This request will alert our team that support is needed. Submit your request HERE.

  2. Case Manager Follow-Up: After we receive the request, a case manager will reach out to the guardian to schedule an intake appointment. This step is key to gathering all necessary information and required documents.

  3. Intake Appointment: During this appointment, guardians complete paperwork and discuss details to help us understand the child’s needs.

  4. Weekly Assignment of Providers: In our weekly meetings, we carefully match each child to a counselor who can best support them.

  5. Notification: Guardians receive information about the initial appointment date, time, and provider contact details once a provider is assigned.

  6. Additional Considerations: Please note that certain unique circumstances may affect how services are scheduled and provided.
